regarding TTO fieldtrip, here's some things for you all to take note (check ole for more details):

Your task
To further understand the subject of Travel & Tour Operations, you are to select ONE licensed and registered travel agency (TA) (member of NATAS) in Singapore to visit to further understand the operations of a travel agency.

You will observe as a ‘mystery shopper’ at your selected TA and answer the list of questions attached as your field trip assignment.

Please take note
· There can only be a maximum of FIVE students from one class visiting the same TA. You are NOT to visit TP’s Travel Planners.
· Each student is to inform your class reps of the name of the TA that you are visiting and class reps are to ensure that there are no more than five students visiting the same TA.
For those who have already informed me of the TA that you're doing, i would still require you to email or sms me again (as i also need the LOCATION of the TA).

The deadline to submit your choice of TA (and its location) to me is by 13 JUNE (latest). It's purely on a first come first serve basis! And the faster we can compile this list, the faster i can send it to Ms Goh for approval, the FASTER we can start on this fieldtrip during this term break!
